My name is Fabrizio Anzolin born in Milan. I grew up watching my Grandma and my Father cooking. I decided to share my passion by opening Trattoria Capri. Now, together with Chef Marco De Cecco, we look forward to portrait a tale  of the Italian regional culinary traditions and my passion for Pizza and Wines.
